This class is designed to ease you into work. It is a flowing class of gentle movements to provide a relaxed start to your day. The focus is to increase muscle length and good breathing- it is a Contemporary Pilates approach- think less crunches and strong abdominal exercises and more stretching ‘stuff’- although you just never know when the ‘Series of Five’ might sneak in at 8am!!

When you are sitting in an office all day, your hips become tight, your shoulders and spine are flexed for a long period of time and sometimes your neck is on a funny angle too! By moving these areas in the opposite direction you are winning!!!! You will at least begin the working day feeling more comfortable at your desk and you might even get a cup of coffee if you get there early! *disclaimer I am rarely there much earlier than 7.55am!!!
