Inside The Studio

NY Studio officially opened on 11th July 2016- 3 years to the day that proprietor Karen-Jane began teaching as a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher.
The studio was designed and fitted by Karen and her dad, as a father-daughter winning team; “We picked up the keys on the 30th May and I knew I needed to open as soon as possible, so I began painting the same evening I got the keys and I didn’t stop until the morning we opened!”
NY Studio is an addition to Karen-Jane Pilates, with Karen already owning a small equipment studio at her home in Hemlington; “my studio at home is quite small- perfect for 1-to-1 as it is where I keep my reformer machine, but the new premises at NY Studio, Stokesley will be brilliant for offering group matwork classes”.
