High Intensity Pilates

  • HIPP (High Intensity Power Pilates) has been developed by the renowned Lisa Bradshaw. It is a dynamic form of Pilates that combines the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates session with the energy of a high intensity workout. By combining co-ordination, balance and strength with a cardiovascular element, HIP Pilates is the answer to an energetic, ‘feel good’ workout. It has flowing, structured sequences that are repeated throughout the session. We’ll provide you with a mat and a light pair of hand weights and you are good to go!
  • HIP Classes are suitable for those with a moderate level of fitness or who understand the principles of Pilates. Let us tell you why!
