WHAT WE OFFER

(12 max per session) or at the studio on Stokesley Business Park (7 max per
session)

- Classes led by a highly qualified and
experienced Teacher with experience teaching up to Olympic
standard
- Classes designed to suit the specific needs of
office workers
- Classes up to 50 minutes long arranged at a
time convenient to the company.
- Classes that are fully flexible, simply
requiring 24 h notice to make changes or cancellations
WHAT’S
NEEDED?
- Management agreement to run classes
- A time that suits all of you
- Enough willing colleagues (though we offer
individual sessions too!)
- A free meeting room or space to throw down
some mats
- What to bring:
- All the equipment is provided, so you don’t need to worry about this, although if you prefer to use your own mat, this is also fine.
- Please see T&Cs on our resources page if you are unsure of what you should wear. We suggest layers of clothing that you can move freely in. Please guys, ensure that if you do wear shorts, that you are well-supported, otherwise it can get a bit awkward for your teacher.
Corporate Classes are offered 7 days a week to fit with your timetable and ours. We look forward to hearing from you and welcome new clients. Booking and payment in advance is required. For prices please email.
