Back Care

This class is suitable for anyone with acute back pain, recent surgery or osteoporotic clients who cannot make the Bone Health class. This class is a gentle exercise class focusing on movement and joint patterning specifically for your condition. Class groups begin small (max 4 at a cost of £10 a class pay as you go per week) and grow to a max of 6 per group at standard NY Studio Pilates pricing as you become more confident in moving and as the class grows.
